Terms of Use
1. General
These Terms govern the relationship between SMM-LeadPay (the "Provider") and any individual or legal entity (the "Client") using the smm-leadpay.com website and related services.
Using the site, placing an order, or making a payment means the Client has read and accepts these Terms in full.
2. Subject
The Provider delivers social-media promotion services for Facebook and VKontakte: followers, likes, views, comments. Scope, volume, and price are set by the parameters of the placed order.
Detailed working rules, timing, and the guarantee process are described on the Order Rules page.
3. Contract formation
The contract is considered concluded once the Client pays for the selected package. The electronic receipt from the payment system and/or the email confirmation serves as proof of conclusion.
4. Provider's rights and duties
- Deliver services in the volume and within the timeframe specified in the order
- Honor the service guarantee per the "Order Rules"
- Keep Client data confidential (see Privacy Policy)
- Decline service if the account violates the "Content restrictions" section
5. Client's rights and duties
- Provide correct account data (public link or ID)
- Pay for the selected services in a timely manner
- Not obstruct delivery (don't lock the account or change privacy during work)
- Comply with the rules of the social network being promoted
6. Liability
The Provider is not liable for:
- Actions of social networks against the Client's account (blocks, restrictions, algorithm changes) unrelated to the Provider's actions
- Content of pages and communities the Client is promoting
- Indirect losses or lost profit of the Client
- Failures on the side of payment systems, banks, or third parties
The Provider's aggregate liability is limited to the amount of the paid order.
7. Refunds and cancellation
Refund conditions and process are described in Order Rules / Refunds. Refunds are processed within 3–10 business days using the original payment method.
8. Intellectual property
All materials on smm-leadpay.com (texts, design, icons, logos) are the property of the Provider. Copying or use without written consent is prohibited.
9. Changes to the Terms
The Provider may update these Terms. The current version is posted on this page with the update date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes agreement with the updated Terms.
10. Applicable law and disputes
The relationship is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved through negotiation; if no agreement is reached — in court at the Provider's location (Moscow).
